Cancellations & Late Notice Policy
I am so grateful for my growing business and my schedule being busy however, this means that at times I am double booking!
It is easy to forget an appointment that is booked weeks prior, so all appointments are confirmed and reminder texts are sent! Please understand that when you're late or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment and\or to inform waiting clients of any availability. I understand life happens and circumstances are difficult at times. Your appointments are very important to both us of and are just for you!
- Cancellations MUST be made 24 hours in advance.
- Cancellations less than 24 hours of your appointment time, will require you to pay 50% of your scheduled service.
- Clients arriving 15 minutes late will need to reschedule.

Policies
All new clients are required to sign a consent form.
All new clients are required to pay a $50 deposit for a booked appointment, at the time of booking. The deposit will deduct from the completed service. If you cancel the appointment, the deposit is forfeited.
I do not issue refunds. If you are unsatisfied with your hair I am happy to make adjustments for you, but only within 10 days of your service.
I will not perform any redo services if you or another stylist makes adjustments to your hair.
A redo service has a small fee of $20 per bowl of color needed to make the adjustments, and includes a blow-dry service.
Please note, some complex color services may require multiple visits\services to achieve.
I will tell you directly if your goal cannot be achieved in one service.
No color service is guaranteed if you have box color present in your hair.
